November Currently

I am linking up once again with Farley at Oh'Boy 4th Grade for November Currently!

Thinking
I am beyond thankful for the support I have been given by bloggers and TPTers as I have begun this crazy journey of blogging and expanding my tpt store! It has been both a fun and a trying experience. Overall, I am completely shocked by the love and support that I have been given. I met my TPT goal once again this month and I am truly thankful to everyone involved. Be sure to click here to snag a FREEBIE as a token of my appreciation!

Reading

I LOVE to read for FUN and Garden Spells by Sara Addison Allen is one of my all time favorite books! Small town charm with a touch of magic. I have read everything by this author and I check her website regularly so that I can pre-order anything new she has coming out! Read it. It's great.

Nicole Conway, one of MY life long BESTIES, wrote this book! How cool is that?!?!?! Seriously, I feel semi-famous just for knowing her. Nicole is an excellent author (I would know because I have been reading her stories since I was about 6) and Avian is the second book in her series, The Dragonrider Chronicles. The series is written for about a fourth grade audience and would appeal to students who enjoy reading things like the Percy Jackson series!

  1. I can raise my hand and agree with you that I need more time! Time goes by SO quickly, and it's impossible to get everything you need done. Bloggers and TpTers are the best. I'm so glad that you feel supported as your begin your TpT journey. I truly believe that the teachers on TpT are some of the best out there. So much advice and tips that they are willing to hand on. Best of luck to you as you continue making products and blogging!

  2. I just LOVE the collaboration between teacher bloggers/TPTers, seriously! I have friends that sell on other sites like etsy and just don't have the same community atmosphere that TPT has. Teachers are so giving and helpful I agree with you completely!

  3. I work in a remote school in Kenya so blogging and keeping in touch with my French TpT colleagues have made me feel like I'm part of a bigger community of teachers. I love finding out about what people are up to all over the world and getting lots of ideas to incorporate in my teaching. Plus it's a lot of fun!
Good luck on your TpT/blogging journey :)

    1. That is so neat that you teach in Kenya! Many of my students are African refugees!
